We are a South Texas based family owned and operated business specializing in the making of our own high carbon and stainless steel knives, as well as cutting boards, molcajetes, knife rolls, sheaths and other wood and genuine leather goods.

There exists too many mass-produced, low-quality knives on the market, that while “flashy”, will not stand the stress of real work or the test of time.

That is why we made it our family’s mission to craft functional, classic, and timeless designs, all from locally sourced and natural materials.

Through our work we hope to provide our local BBQ, hunting, cooking, butcher and outdoors communities with high quality, dependable, well-crafted legacy items that they can use now and, in the future, pass on to their children as heirlooms.
