We do ship to anywhere in the world, but it is your responsibility to make sure that you can in fact import the item you are trying to purchase, as well as cover any further import fees that your country’s customs organization may charge.
We are not responsible for any additional taxes, fees or information forms that may be required for the package to be released to you once it arrives in your country.
PRIORITY USPS shipping (our standard choice) includes a $50 insurance.
If you would like to purchase extra insurance on your package (or use a different shipping method) please let us know when you place your order.
We send pictures of all items before shipping for customer approval as well as a tracking number once the package is sent.
If you would like more pictures and/or videos of the items please let us know before shipping.
Keep in mind ALL of our items are HANDMADE.
They are not factory made or machine made, so there can sometimes be “imperfections” or variations between items, any and all details are fully disclosed by sending pictures of all items BEFORE SHIPPING.
If you are unsatisfied with ANY part of the product you ordered BEFORE SHIPPING let us know and we will work with you to correct it.
If you do not say anything in regards to being unhappy with any part of your order BEFORE SHIPPING we will consider you 100% satisfied with your products and your order will be shipped.
Once items are shipped they are FINAL SALE & NONREFUNDABLE.
IF for any reason a refund is authorized YOU will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us or bringing it to one of our locations.
You will be responsible for any and all packaging and shipping costs.
Refund will be of the ITEM’S COST ONLY.
We are not responsible for any package thefts, losses or damages that may occur during shipping and/or after items are in your possession.
This is why we send pictures of all items before shipping AND use a shipping method that has INSURANCE.
When doing local pick ups or purchases at any of our vending locations you are welcome to fully inspect any of the items you are taking before paying for them, once you have paid for any item we are not responsible for any “damages” or “details” that you now have noticed that have occurred after your purchase since it now belongs to you and was in your possession.
ALL SALES, PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE FINAL.
We do not offer any warranties, exchanges or returns on any items once they are picked up or shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
